- Shipping: All orders are shipped from France.
- Modalities: Delivery to home, upstairs, and with signature upon delivery.
- Absence: After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the warehouse (or dropped off at a pick-up point). Any reshipping costs will then be at the customer’s expense.
2. Returns (Exchange and Refund)
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your goods. Return postage is always at the customer’s expense.

3. Return Acceptance Conditions
The returned product must strictly comply with the following conditions:
- Be new, complete and in its original packaging.
- Not have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, which would make it unsuitable for resale.
- Upon receipt, our teams will assess the condition of the goods. Any visibly used or damaged item will be refused and sent back to the customer, with return shipping costs at their expense.
