The delivery is made with delivery against signature, at home and upstairs.
The delivery times in France are approximately between 1 and 4 days after shipment (except for products out of stock).
In case of absence of the Customer during delivery, the carrier will go one more time to his address. But after 3 unsuccessful visits, either the parcel will be dropped off at a relay point, or it will be returned to the Company warehouses. The costs of the return will then be borne by the Customer.
France (islands excluded), Belgium, Luxemburg, Andorra, and Monaco
The delivery in metropolitan France (islands excluded), Belgium, Luxemburg, Andorra, and Monaco, is free from 150€ of purchase.
For any order below 150€, the shipping cost is 19€
