The orders are shipped by GASSIEN from our logistics center located in France.
DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE (islands excluded), Belgium, Luxemburg, Andorra, and Monaco
The delivery in metropolitan France (islands excluded), Belgium, Luxemburg, Andorra, and Monaco, is free from 200€ of purchase.
Below 200€, the shipping costs are as follows:
– 19€ for any order below 200€
– Offered for any order greater than or equal to 200€
The delivery is made with delivery against signature, at home and upstairs.
The delivery times are approximately between 1 and 4 days after shipment (except for products out of stock).
In case of absence of the Customer during delivery, the carrier will go one more time to his address. But after 3 unsuccessful visits, either the parcel will be dropped off at a relay point, or it will be returned to the Company warehouses. The costs of the return will then be borne by the Customer.

Within 15 days from your order, you can exchange your product by getting a credit valid for a period of 6 months, in the form of a reduction voucher of an amount equal to your initial order (excluding delivery costs), provided that the return conditions are met. *
The Customers who have benefited from a promotional code and who wish to exchange afterwards will benefit from a credit for the net amount paid. If the discount is no longer valid or not combinable, the amount equivalent to the reduction received on the first purchase must be paid in order to exchange the product ordered.
The return charges will be borne by the Customer.
The Customer can make per order only one free exchange request online, on the website www.gassien.com
RETURN AND REFUND
The Customer has a period of fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the products to return the goods, and to be refunded in full, provided that the return conditions are met. * The return charges are not reimbursed by Gassien and are fully borne by the Customer.

* The returned products must be new and complete, in their packaging, and correctly packed and protected for their transport. Upon receipt of the parcel, our teams will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return or exchange will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the Customer, and that the use or the damages make the products unfit for sale.
